Judge in US furious after woman is brought into court without any pants

A judge in the US became outraged when a woman who had been detained for three days was brought into court without any pants.
Judge Amber Wolf was presiding over a District Court in Louisville on Friday when it was revealed by the defence lawyer that the female prisoner had been denied pants and feminine hygiene products by prison officials at Metro Corrections. She also goes on to say that inmates are also being denied showers.
In the video, Wolf can be heard saying "Excuse me? This is outrageous. Is this for real?" upon learning of the woman's treatment.
She then picks up the phone and blasts the correction services director, Mark Bolton, asking "what the hell is going on?"

At one point she shakes her head and asks "Am I in the Twilight Zone?"She goes on to demand an explanation and asks the Jefferson District Court staff for "something to cover up" the woman. "Anything, I don't care what it is," she continues.
Metro Corrections Deputy Director Dwayne Clark brings clothing to the woman and tells Wolf that she should have been given a jumpsuit.
"Dressed like she was," Clark said, "she should have been changed into a jumpsuit. I gotta look into why she wasn't."
He said he would take necessary steps to correct the issue.
Wolf also lambasted the county for giving the woman 75-day sentence for a first-time shoplifting offence, and then apologises to her for the way she has been treated.
The woman was detained for not completing a diversion program on a 2014 shoplifting charge and was released with time served and a $100 fine.
It is not visible if she is wearing pants in the video. However, the inmate leaves the courtroom and returns in a jail jumpsuit towards the end of the sentencing.
Wolf called the woman to the bench to apologise, WDRB reported.
Jail officials insist the woman was wearing athletic shorts, which were hidden by a long shirt.
Spokesman for the jail, Steve Durham, told WDRB that the woman hadn't been in custody long enough to be given a jail jumpsuit.
He also said the jail is looking into recent accusations that inmates are not being given hygiene products.
"This is completely inhumane and unacceptable. I'm sorry you had to go through this."
